At Painted Maple, I help women cut through the noise of diet and fitness culture and refocus on what really matters--moving and feeling better in their bodies and fully participating in their lives. I believe in process over perfection. My approach isn't about gimmicks, quick fixes, or starting over every Monday. It's about finding practical, evidence-based strategies that fit your life, your strengths, and your goals.
As a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and health and well-being coach, I work with women who are tired of feeling stuck. They know they want to feel stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in their bodies, but they don't know where to start--or how to make it stick. That's where I come in.
I'm here to challenge your doubts, simplify the process, and build a plan that works for you. Together, we’ll focus on sustainable habits that actually make a difference—and we'll have a lot of fun along the way.

Why “Painted Maple”?
I chose the name “Painted Maple” to reflect the resilience, adaptability, and strength I see in every woman I work with. Like maple trees, women weather storms, adjust to their environments, and persevere through every season of life.
The samara seeds—the small but mighty ‘helicopters’—symbolize possibility, a reminder that transformation starts with what’s already within.
And painted? That’s the beauty of our individual journeys. Like the changing leaves, our growth is gradual, imperfect, and uniquely ours.
